[OS X TeX] aid with urlbst on a custom-bib file

You better remove configure at once! If it'll come to configuring  
another software and you just type 'configure' then surely /usr/local/ 
bin/configure will be used instead of the proper configure script.

Any .IN file is meant as INput for configure. Leave it with the sources!
