The main help is filled, but all links I tried from there seem to be  
dead. IIRC the Jaguar help was from the "description forthcoming"  
period at Apple, and the help tries to retrieve as much as it can  
over the net. The web links are fine though. Could it be that the  
older (pre-WebKit system) needs a valid base link).

A quick test on Panther shows that it works there.
