Too bad. Jaguar is only supported incidentally as far as I'm
concerned, so I'm not going to lose sleep over this, since just
getting it to launch and work is enough trouble. If some motivated
Jaguar user figures out the problem with the HTML, we can try to fix
it, though.

It wasn't fully working on my Tiger system until I deleted ~/Library/
Caches/com.apple.helpui, so the help system still has bugs.
