[OS X TeX] fresh convert

Hi,

I'm switching to mac os-x and all the goodies. I also want to start using 
latex. If I google "latex download" I get a lot of sites, versions etc. How 
do I choose? Which is the best? (Guess I'll have to take an average of the 
replies)
