[OS X TeX] TeX i-Package prerelease (TeX4ht)

To users of tex4ht, 

I'll appreciate much bug reports related to the functioning of tex4ht
directed to me and not to Gerben. It will simplify matters to Gerben,
the users of the system, and myself.


 > The TeX i-Package has been updated. I Updated TeX4ht in both 2004

 > a complete recompile and repackaging was initiated. As a result, the  
 > update will force a redownload of almost all parts of the i-Package
