[OS X TeX] Slightly Changed pdftricks.sty

Howdy,

I changed a bit of code in the revised pdftricks package so that these
changes should also work with miktex (some things are different under
``DOS'') assuming pstopdf and pdfcrop exist there. I know little about that
OS and version of TeX.

Should make no difference to anything we do on the Mac.
