[OS X TeX] Install t4ht without Fink?

I'm trying to set up an easy way to go from latex to html.  I'm getting
okay results with OzTtH, but I would like to see if I can get better
results with a later released of t4ht.  Does anyone know if this can be
installed on OSX w/out resorting to Fink?  (I don't have anything against
Fink in particular, I just don't need it otherwise.)
