Thanks Karl. Do you also have amssymlb.tex, which was the other plain TeX support file for Lucida? It redefines the extra mathematical symbols from the AMS fonts in terms of those from Lucida. In practical terms, it replaces amssym.{def,tex}. The version I have is 1.2 from May 1, 1994.
