[lucida] Bug in lucida ligature handling

I can't be of much help either, as I don't use Windows or iPad. All I 
can say is that

	ps2pdf -dCompatibilityLevel=1.1

doesn't indeed embed fonts, but ps2pdf -dCompatibilityLevel=1.3 or a 
simple ps2pdf (PDF 1.4) does embed them.

Have you tried with other fonts ---say, Latin Modern--- and see if you 
get the same problem or not?
