Based on the descriptions in this and your previous messages, it seems plausible the problem lies not in the Lucida fonts themselves, but instead in the Bluebeam Revu software which could not display some elaborate PDF constructs as used for re-encoding in your case.

Have you trued to contact the Bluebeam user support, see whether they know more?
