If we only have for example Persian footnotes, the footnote rule will appear
in the right hand side and if we only have English footnotes, the footnote
rule will appear in the left hand side. But Persian users will prefer the
method that I implented if there are mixed Persian and English footnotes.
Let's say if all the footnote rules were to appera in the right hand side
and in a page we had an English footnote, will that page really look nice?

Anyway, maybe we thinkdifferently. But the rule I talked about is the rule
that has been used in Iran and can be seen in Persian maths textbooks.
