[luatex] a bidi package for LaTeX in LuaTeX

I would rather say that the side on which the footnote appears does  
not depend of the fact whether it is first or second, but on the  
dominant language of the document. If the dominant language is  
Persian, all footnotes start on the right, if it is French they start  
on the left.

One could also consider changing the dominant language but this should  
be done on the level of a whole page.
