[latexrefman] LaTeX Reference Manual - Italian translation

Hello everyone,

my name is Tommaso Gordini and I am writing to you from Italy.

I am a member of GuIT (the Italian TUG) and I wrote a few articles and a
guide to LaTeX (“L'arte di scrivere con LaTeX”), with another author, which
was appreciated in Italy.

I just finished translating the LearnLaTeX.org course into Italian, which
David Carlisle put online a few days ago.

I have seen that it is possible to contribute to the unofficial guide in
many ways.  I ask you if an Italian translation of the manual could be
useful.  If yes, I kindly ask you to let me know how to start.  Thank you
