[latexrefman] In command line input, replace graphics draft example with \includeonly{}

The errors proved to be the inclusion of french text, which apparently my setup is not keen on. In any event, I translated the example, and used it to replace the graphics one, since it is more likely to be useful.

I cannot reproduce the issue on my machine. I attached the
distribution of English with the latest .texi (including some changes
not yet committed).
Which makeinfo are you using, the perl based one or the legacy one ?
