Hi Paul - you're right about the circular references. Sorry.
I think the page you're thinking of, listing the different output
formats, is:
  https://latexref.xyz/dev/

However, we haven't provided the split html pages as a zip/whatever
archive for many years. I'm not sure how you used it, but I hope you can
use the single-page html to extract the node names or whatever you need.
