Why is Trump not in jail, awaiting trial for being a traitor, a foreign agent, for corruption,
and for having the death of hundreds of thousands of Americans on his hands?  And
why not his cronies too?  They are all obviously guilty.

Vincent and Jim - I reran make and make commitready and committed the
results, but did not rerun easyurls because I could not find the
invocation to do so (I seem to remember doing it once, but no more, and
not in the Makefile, so, mystery), and anyway it failed to run for me:

  ERROR, UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION
  'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 2494: ordinal not in range(128)

Anyway, the existing "easy urls" are still in place (i.e., I didn't
delete anything), and I don't think the node names have changed, so it
shouldn't matter in practice.

By the way, the French text inserted into latex2e.texi now causes
makeinfo to generate a zillion warnings, even though they are within
@ignore, and I just @c'd each line for good measure. Apparently not
enough. Irritating.  I did not report it to bug-texinfo at gnu.org, but I
think it deserves a report.
