    Hello, I have a query, in the old presentation of the site
    (https://latexref.xyz),

I reinserted the intro text by hand for now. Jim's script
src/easyurls.py is what inserts that intro, but it is not working for
me, and I can't tell why not.

I didn't experiment with it, but it occurs to me that it might work to
insert that text in the document itself inside an @html block and avoid
the need for post-processing. Maybe @html inside @copying, or just early
in the document. Or there might be a hook in makeinfo to insert new text
at the right point.

As for the duplicate footer, I don't know where it came from.
I deleted it. --thanks, karl.
