[latexrefman] Confusion with and-/or-operator

Hi,

I observed some confusions with the and-/or-operator: \bigvee is called 
and-operator, \bigwedge or-operator and this is also found in the 
description of \lor. This has to be the other way around, if I’m not wrong.
Attached you’ll find a patch file with changes for these informations 
for English and French. I hope this is the right way to do it.
