Hello Karl,
I hope you won't be too angry at me that I reverted one change you
made in r828 : you had replaced @xref{a node reference} by « next
section ». However that sounded quite hard to maintain to me because
if ever in a couple of years we insert something in between then «
next » is no longer the right one.

PS: I need to insert the article template into the French translation
and then I will deliver to CTAN, it is high time to do that, the
French version has not been published for quite a long time. Please
feel free to make any last minute comment.
