[latexrefman] Getting ready for CTAN commit

Every four hours, right now. Maybe I should just make it hourly.

    In the mirroring.html page I changed the example url from "latexrefman/"
    to "latexref" to match latexref.xyz. 
    The changes to writing.html are ...
    I also made a link from index.html to the writing.html page,  ...

Are you sure you committed those changes? I do not see them in the
repository, in any checkout. What is on latexref.xyz matches what I have
in my own checkout, namely:

I changed the intro html embedded in easyurls.py to make the mirroring
and license references be actual links instead of just opaque text. Hope
you don't mind. ... -k
