[en] \maketitle, \pagestyle, minor clarification.

* latex2e.texi (Units of length): @dmn{...} where applicable.
(\maketitle): ``footnote'' -> ``footnote mark''. Clarifies that
the No \title error happens on \maketitle.
(\pagestyle): ``blank'' -> ``empty content''.
