[l2h] Image conversion error when run test.bat

Hi,

I am trying to install latex2html (and perl, netpbm, etc...) onto my XP 
machine following the instruction 
at:http://www.mayer.dial.pipex.com/l2h.htm

All the packeges are the newest version. The 'config' part goes fine. 
However, when I run test.bat, I can't get image conversion right:

Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance( I browsed the archive of this 
list anre there has been lots of discussion, but I found none works for 
me, I even tried to install the related pnmtopng packege without no 
success).
