[l2h] Image conversion error when run test.bat

Actually, from the latex2html download site 
http://saftsack.fs.uni-bayreuth.de/~latex2ht/current/
instead of downloading the newest version latex2html-2002-2-1.tar.gz, 
which causes me all the trouble, I find it works fine with 
latex2html-2002-1.tar.gz (I didn't check the rest)

It's kinda weird. But that is what happened to me.
