Ayup, the W3C website has a whole bunch of stuff there.  Thanks, I 
think I figured out this part pretty easily.

Ahh, okay.  I just copied the l2hconfig file to .latex2html-init and 
started hacking that up.

Figuring out what perl to write seems tougher for me than actually 
writing the perl.

I'm now stuck on figuring out how to customize $TITLE :)

I want to relocate where it's placed (namely inside the custom panel) 
and not have it placed in it's default location.
