[latex2html] [l2h] help installing.

This is the third time I am sending this message looking for help.

Is anybody getting it?.

I am trying to install the latex2html-99.2beta8 version and have the
following
problem.



When I do "make" it is okay. When I list my "icons" directory my gif
files are all there. But when I make 


make install

my gif files  removed and the first line complains about not finding
them.

Any help is appreciated.
