[fptex] windvi: not all pixel files were found

I don't think so. The reason to install in c:\Program Files\TeXLive is
to be compliant with MS guidelines. Also, it makes a difference only if
you are using it in multi-user environment (ie: you are a regular user
without power rights). Windvi will complain if the .pk files can't be
generated. Are you using type1 fonts ? In this case, it needs to find
ghostscript to generate them.
