[fptex] TeXLive 7.0: package setspace does not install

Dear fpTeX users,

After successfully installing fpTeX 6.0 on my computer, I added some
more packages using the "Add package" utility.
It worked for all of them except the "setspace" package. 

After the installation of setspace, I got no file setspace.sty in the
TeXmf tree (and the "Add package" utility did not display any error
message).

Is it a known problem?

I looked at the log file and may have found some clues.
Here is a piece of the log file from the setspace installation:

 Selected Packages:
 packages/setspace(22826),Package packages/setspace has been installed
successfully.
 Deleted file
D:\SOFTWARE\LATEX\FPTEX\0.6\texmf\tpm/collections/nts-basic.tpm

For the other packages I installed, the log files were more verbose. For
example:

 Selected Packages:
 packages/captcont(33360),packages/ms(327858),packages/lineno(273722),
 packages/subfigure(0),
 unzip D:/SOFTWARE/LATEX/FPTEX/0.6/packages/captcont.zip -d
C:\TeX\TeXLive
 File D:/SOFTWARE/LATEX/FPTEX/0.6/packages/captcont.zip has been
unzipped successfully.
 Package packages/captcont has been installed successfully.
 
 unzip D:/SOFTWARE/LATEX/FPTEX/0.6/packages/ms.zip -d C:\TeX\TeXLive
 File D:/SOFTWARE/LATEX/FPTEX/0.6/packages/ms.zip has been unzipped
successfully.
 Package packages/ms has been installed successfully.

As you notice, for each installed package, there are 3 lines in the log
file: 1) unzip command, 2) unzip successful, and 3) package installation
successful. For the setspace package, the 2 first lines were missing.

Any suggestion (other than installation by hand)?
