I seems that you haven't installed GhostScript, which renders Type1 font
for displaying them in windvi. With GS7.05 I have
kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 0+456/600 --dpi 456 fplmr
gsftopk(k) version 1.19.2/705
[32] [63] [68] [70] [71] [76] [80] [81] [83] [85] [87] [88] [89] [160] [165]
[181] [198] [213] [226] [228] [229]
mktexpk: Running gsftopk fplmr 456
mktexpk: g:/TeX/texmf-var/fonts/pk/modeless/public/pazo/fplmr.456pk: successfully generated.

means that mktexmf tries first metafont source, and such file doesn't exist.

However dvips should work... Something wrong with map files? Please check
...\texmf-var\dvips\config\psfonts.map. Should be there:
fplmr PazoMath < fplmr.pfb

Ooops, I found that psnfss package from fptex0.6 doesn't contain pazo .pfb
files (only .tfm, .fd, .vf, etc).
On the other hand pazomath package (pazomath.zip) doesn't belong to
any collection, so pazomath cannot be easilly installed by TeXSetup.

Fabrice, would you please adding mathpazo to tex-psfonts.tpm ?

mathpazo distribution on CTAN is somehow strange, since part of it
is already in psnfss, thus all that mess...
