[fptex] Problems with fonts?

Do you have files in there :
c:/Program Files/TeXLive/texmf/fonts/type1/public/pazo/fplmr.pfb

If not, try to update your mathpazo package from the Internet, running
TeXLive -> Maintenance -> Add Package
