pdftex and tiff

TIFF is not officially supported in pdftex, but Thanh might allow it.

I have had a few requests for it. I think it is harmless, but I have no
idea if it is even useful !. I have made some tests with various TIFF images, 
some are fine, others can't be read (old style jpeg, things like that).

If Thanh agrees on TIFF, is there any objection to put a TIFF enabled
pdftex.exe in fptex ?

The only problem is to keep compatibility at the pool file and format file
level. That means : it should have the same banner. That's what I asked 
to Thanh.

Any comments ?
