windvi 0.55

Hi,

I have corrected 2 nasty bugs that didn't show up playing with the
examples files (that were missing from the distribution by the way).

Given the previous messages and these bugs, I have updated windvi to
0.55. Beware : the /share/ thing was a relief of the past. Now,
everything goes to <root>/texmf and <root>/bin/win32 .

By the way : Options->TeX is inactive ! It is normal for the moment,
because it is intended to call texconfig.
