Hi,

I have corrected numerous bugs and added some functions :

- most recent used files
- file->close
- allowshell in the config dialog box
- gs does antialiasing when windvi does it
- various gpfs (file->open, bitmaps of height 1,...)
- tracking of the current directory
- the edit control of the 'goto' dialog box get the focus
- some correction to the documentation
- probably other minor things I have forgotten
