Good! Then it just remains to be seen whether (i) Rolf can get these and
(ii) those smallcaps are acceptable to the publisher. Hopefully the strict
rules were just a precausion against people who fake smallcaps by scaling
the upper case to 50% of its normal size (no, it's not pretty, but some
non-TeX typesetting systems seem to have this as their default setting).
