[edutex] Answer pages

Hi Frank,

    I've added proposals for syntax and functionality related to answer  
    pages, on the Syntax page of the wiki.

I read it; no specific problems or ideas leaped out at me.  They seemed
like a fine general framework for producing the material.  Seems like
the proof will be in constructing some real questions.  Don and others
are probably in a better position to comment ...

   -- I will then contact Adobe to see if I can negotiate something. 

Fine if it works out, but I rather expect it'll be far more practical to
find workarounds to do whatever needs to be done without waiting for
Adobe.
