[edutex] edutex wiki

Thanh at River Valley kindly set up a wiki for this project (EduTeX).
It's accessible at edutex-wiki.tug.org.
I haven't done anything with it.  Frank, it's all yours to get started with :).

Thanh says the software does support math (the software is MediaWiki),
enclosed in <math>...</math>.  For an example, see
http://edutex-wiki.tug.org/wiki/index.php?title=Sandbox.

I'll be offline now until next week.  If there are problems with the
wiki, feel free to ask Thanh at thanh at river-valley.org.
