[dvipdfmx] Possible bug in image cache on Windows 11 machines

Hi,

I will look into the issue this weekend.
However, as I don't have a PC running Windows 11, it might be difficult to inspect if it only occurs on Windows 11 as mentioned in the stack exchange page.
