[dvipdfmx] Default resolution 600dpi cannot be changed

Hi,

In dvips it is possible to set resolution.
For example, in config.pdf resolution is set to 8000.

This is useful to make high-resolution bitmaps from
METAFONT-only fonts to include in PDF output.

But dvipdfmx does not respect `-r' option - resolution
600dpi is always used.
