[dvipdfmx] Incorrect error message for font with specified path

Hi,

While processing DVI file from

    https://tug.org/pipermail/dvipdfmx/2021-February/000237.html (*)

we get the error message:

    dvipdfmx:fatal: OFM file error: ec(0) < bc(131073) ???

Please fix this, so that error message will be:

    dvipdfmx:fatal: Unable to find TFM file "myfont".

(because the same error message appears if we do "OFMFONTS=/tmp")

(*) Rename the saved files as follows:

    attachment-0001.obj -> myfont.tfm
    attachment.obj      -> myfont.600pk
