[dvipdfmx] dvipdfmx: how to use PK fonts instead of Type1?

The standard way of doing it is using updmap: you put there maps for
fonts that you need in the final map or not put if you want PK for
them.

Apparently, dvipdfmx does not follow this rule - it tries to load
Type1 no matter if it is specified in the map or not.
