I've just checked on a Windows system, and MikTeX is available via the Winget package manager. It should be a simple one-line command to install.

Another option would be to check whether TeX is available via Winget, which is Microsoft's package manager. If so, one command should be enough to install it.

I don't have a Windows machine available for testing at the moment, so I can't try it. I've successfully installed TeX Live under Windows with a screen reader, but I've forgotten how I worked around the accessibility issues with the graphical installer. I think I just followed the instructions for unpacking the archive and running the text-based installation. Linux is my preferred operating system, and tehre the problem doesn't arise.
