Another option would be to check whether TeX is available via Winget,
which is Microsoft's package manager. If so, one command should be
enough to install it.
I don't have a Windows machine available for testing at the moment, so I
can't try it. I've successfully installed TeX Live under Windows with a
screen reader, but I've forgotten how I worked around the accessibility
issues with the graphical installer. I think I just followed the
instructions for unpacking the archive and running the text-based
installation. Linux is my preferred operating system, and tehre the
problem doesn't arise.
