For simple cases such as my current example, a row of headers at the
start of the table would suffice.
In more complex cases, of course, there could be headers elsewhere
(e.g., down the left column, applying to the remaining cells in each row).
I would give preference to developing superior, long-term solutions over
short-term ones if there is a choice to be made.
