[texhax] hyperref and \ContinuedFloat

It's a bit unfortunate that this all worked fine with Debian Wheezy,
but is now broken with Debian Jessie.

Would it be possible to somehow mark subfig as deprecated so that
others don't use it and that a good replacement is subcaption?  Do you
know who to talk to about this?
