merely aggregating GPL and non-GPL software would not violate the GPL.  That
appears to permit the uses I intend.

Interesting point.  I hope the same principle of aggregation covers this
usage as well.

Basically, all I want to do is include XeTeX and Ghostscript with my
non-free software, invoke their installers when my software is installed,
and invoke them via command lines using 'exec.'  It appears from the above
that this is permissible.
