    Yes, minitoc does have a chapter TOC option.  

Speaking of minitoc, has anyone here happened to have any contact with
Jean-Pierre Drucbert since 2008?  He is the author of minitoc (among
other packages: shorttoc, tabbing, regcount, export, fepslatex).
Jean-Pierre.Drucbert at onera.fr and Jean-Pierre.Drucbert at onecert.fr both
bounce (case-insensitively).  I haven't had any luck tracking down where
he might have moved to or what happened to him.  He had some significant
unreleased work I wanted to talk to him more about.
