[texhax] The easiest way to increase font size to 13pt

I believe extsizes.sty from:

http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/extsizes/

will do as you wish, should be something like:

\usepackage[13pt]{extsizes}

If it doesn't conflict, I'd suggest replacing that last w/ mathptmx.
