This is the only question I can answer (I'm just a plain TUG member).  
I'm not a MikTeX user, but I have it installed in a virtual machine.

Go to the Start menu and open Set Program Access and Defaults. In the  
window that opens choose Change or Remove Programs; scroll down to  
MikTeX and choose Remove. The MikTeX site
