[texhax] texmf.cnf not found

Hi,

I download and burned the DVD ISO and installed it on my computer
(windows xp). I changed the default root from C:\TexLive2007 to D:
\TexLive2007. I then proceeded to selet my packages and installed the
whole thing. When I try to compile a sample tex file using pdflatex, I
get this error:

warning: Configuration file texmf.cnf not found! Searched these
directories: C:/TeXLive2007/texmf-var/web2c Trying to proceed...

directories: C:/TeXLive2007/texmf-var/web2c Trying to proceed...
Failed to find cnffile fmtutil.cnf. warning: Configuration file
texmf.cnf not found! Searched these directories: C:/TeXLive2007/texmf-
var/web2c Trying to proceed... kpathsea: Running mktexfmt pdflatex.fmt

I seems its looking at the wrong place for texmf.cnf. I do not know
how to make to it look at the correct place.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
