[texhax] Problem with dviout

    apparently in previous format for, say, XP, and not valid under vista.  

Vista had been out for a couple weeks (if that) when TL 2007 was
released, so it's not exactly surprising that it wasn't possible for
everything to be updated.  (And anyway, we wouldn't want to update
things if the result is incompatible, which is Microsoft's avowed goal,
so nothing comes easy.)

Anyway, as for your real problem, I just don't know why the fonts aren't
being found.  Sorry.
