Hi Garry,

What you have here is a so-called PostScript file. The normal
extension is ".ps" rathe rthan ".ttt" so you can change it
accordingly. Many higher end printers (such as most laser printers)
print it directly. It can be displayed on screen (or converted to pdf)
using a program such as ghostscript (http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost)
which is freely available for most Operating Systems, and I think
MacOS can display PostScript out of the box.

This particular postscript file has been created by a program named
dvips from a ".dvi: file, which means this is a document that has bene
created with TeX or any of its derivatives such as LaTeX or ConTeXt.
So what you will find (if it is not corrupted) is a 15 page nicely
formatted text document, posisbly with some graphics in too.
